Flash 8 and Windows Aero?

Macromedia Flash 8 keeps being closed by some color scheme issue, it is the most fucking annoying thing. My computer says that it will set the scheme to basic until flash is closed, I am fine with that but when I open the program it fucking does it again, I even set the scheme to basic, and it still does it.
 
Have you tried setting the scheme thing to the lowest setting, i dont have an aero but shooting out ideas
