flash 0 psp theme problem!!!!?

hi i have a cfw psp with 3.80 m33-5 firmware and i tried putting an xbox 360 theme on my psp, (i didn't make a backup of origionall files) and when i was done putting the theme on my psp it came on and all the things where on top of eachother but every thing else seems to be working.

PS. when i opened my folder on the mem stick with flash zero and all there was no module folder i had to make one.
 
try doing to system settings and pushing setting restore it will return you psp back to factory settings, and if that dosent work you might have to format you psp mem stick
 
Try reverting back to the original theme. If that doesn't work, try upgrading your CFW to higher version such as CFW 5.00 M33-6 or higher. CFW 5.00 is stable enough for modding. I once used an xbox opening bo0t with sounds on my CFW 5.00 M33-6 PSP and I had no problem whatsoever. .
