fixing a broken wah pedal?

ok so i have a VOX classic V845 wah pedal. I have been playing it for about 4 weeks now and it has worked perfectly up until about a week ago when it just stopped. it will allow me to play the guitar when still connected to it but the wah effect doesent work... this is my first wah pedal so i have no idea how really it works or anything. i opened it up and it seems fine on the inside, no broken wires or anything, and all the connections are made, to the outlet, into the amp, and into the guitar.. ive been playing it on a Paul Reed Smith Al Di Meola on an all original 1965 Fender Princeton reverb amp but i dont think that makes much of a difference... If someone could tell me how to fix it or at least what is wrong, that would be great, Thanks
