Fixie bike help/Single speed bike?

I have a single speed bike that has a flip flop hub but it doesnt have any thing else what else do i need to make it a fixie?
 
John is right here--the only thing I would add is that you can likely go to your local bike shop to buy your cog and lock ring too, instead of buying them online. I always try to support my local shops and buy from them instead of ordering online when possible. Even if you find a lower price online, they might match it.
 
You need a cog and lock ring for the other side of the hub. Take your wheel to the local bike shop and have then install them for you. You need a spanner wrench to tighten the lock ring properly.
The lock ring has left handed threads so when you skid or slow down it prevents the cog from spinning the lock ring off.
