Fixed number dialing active

I have iphone 2g unlocked but if i put one network sim shows fixed number dialing active
.....pls how to do it br

-Try with another sim. because i not see Fix dialing option in apple pruducts.
-Sim maybe have been active fixed dialing with another phone with Symbian system. u can put sim inside any nokia and go to sec option for deactivate it. will ask for pin2 code. just enter same as pin1.(Pin depend on careers and user may change, so ask sim owner)
