Fix built-in leaking pipe?

I have a fountain in my backyard that is built into a wall. It appears that the 1/4 " pipe that connects the basin to the fountain outlet is leaking. The pipe is built-in to the wall such that it cannot be easily replaced without ripping down the wall. Is there a way for me to fix or seal the pipe?
