So I've been slouching my entire life playing video games and such, never really kept a straight posture. I'm 19 years old and my back is messed up. I get tired standing or sitting up straight (thats a different story, I'm not very healthy) but i figure I'd start by fixing the giant piece of my spine sticking out on my lower back. It feels really akward against surfaces and it's a huge pet peeve to me. People can't even touch it. People have told me that it's my posture that made it do that, so if I start to sit up straight and keep a good posture will my back straighten out? And how long will it take before I start to notice a difference?
