Fitness question - Biking to running?????????????????

I'm trying to get more fit and just loose a little body fat here and there. I have normally been running, but today i decided to bike. I biked for about the same amount of time I would run. I noticed I really enjoyed biking. The issue is, i didnt sweat nearly as much while biking as I normally would while running. Does this mean that running will burn more body fat than biking?
 
This is only an opinion, but I feel that biking can be a lot less intense, but easier on your joints. To make it worth your while, increase the time spent biking, try going against the wind, on grass, or uphill for some varied difficulties to get more out of it. Try to feel your muscles and contract them while you bike or run. Tighten your stomach and butt! You may look like a moron at some point but I always heard that helps tone/work those muscles more.
