Fitness guidance, suggestion required?

how can i burn fat, i am thinking about cycling a lengthy track about 50+ km. I am lean and i do plyo regularly, 25 years male, fit, never had sex with a girl but sadly i was molested three times when i was around 11, which caused my buns to hang out, i dont know about the anatomy exactly of gluteus maximus as to what is the cause of this hip inflation? Is it because of fat or just the pump action (just air)? If i do this will i be able to bring my buns to its default size and shape
