Is their any certain exercises that can help me lose fat from by butt and my thighs? I am currently jogging every other day and i dont see much improvement for those areas...is jogging a good exercise or are their other things i can do?
P.s. as a note how long would it take me to lose 10 pounds if i jogged 25-30 minutes a day 4 times a week ?
