Well i do taekwondo - martials arts. done it since year 1 and now im in high school (yr. 9).
well im up to half red half black. but previously i have missed 2 months of training =( unfortunately...
because ive been travelling for 2 months to visit family, i havent had enough time to train for taekwondo.
how do i get back into the mood and fittness ? and how much of my fitness woudve lowered?
and one more question. when i get my period during taekwondo, how do i like .... well what do i wear, a pantyliner/ pad? will it be irritating when practicing ?
anyone with knowledge or experience !? please help ! =)
