I recently took my favorite lure (an old cloudy blue jitterbug) to a local gypsy and had her put some kind of mumbo-jumbo spell or something on it. I told her I specifically want to catch large mouth bass. The spell didn’t work. Whenever I use the lure now I catch nothing but smallmouth bass. Loads of the dang things. I hate smallmouth bass. The lure barely gets wet before there’s a fight over which smallmouth gets to gobble it up. I’ve had them almost jump in the boat chasing the lure as I reel it in. A large mouth couldn't fight his way through the crowd if it wanted to. My problem is, should I go back to the gypsy and ask for my money back or just forget about? I only paid $30 for the spell, but it’s obvious she doesn’t know what she’s doing, so I don’t see any point in giving her a chance to get the spell right. She’d probably just want more money. What really pees me off is my great lure is ruined! What’s your advice, please?
