I've heard of these structures before, and know they can attract fish, but don't really know how to approach them. I got a few questions about them. Oh and I am talking bass here. (largemouth)
How, when and why do bass use rock humps. How, when and why will they use weed humps?
Do I want want position on top of the hump and run my lures uphill, or should run my lures down the hump, from the sides?
I am pretty sure these humps aren't perfectly rounded little hills. What kind of structures should I look for within the humps.
