Fish with a Smile, real or not?

When I was about 6 Years old (8 years ago), I saw a fish with my goggles that looked like he had a smile. I was sure it wasn't the gills because I saw its gills in another place. I wanted to see what fish that was if it even exists....
I first saw the fish in Culebra in the Carribean next to Puerto Rico in the Ocean, I was bored so I went to the ocena and started looking at the fishes int he water then i saw it.

Were you in the ocean, the local lake?

There are so many different types of fish all over the globe that it would make it a lot easier if you narrowed it down.
