Fish tank model? need help?

I have a 70 gallon fish tank and need good model.
Im thinking of a pair of angel fish and a lot of neon tetras
 
um... on the assumption that the neons are NOT fish food, I wouldn't reccomend you keep neons and angels together. What about black widows or congos?
Plus, 70 gals is perfect for angels, as long as its high enough. You could keep a shoal of 8 or so juv. angels and let them pair off, then give the others back. You could keep 2, 3, maybe 4 prs of angels in a 70 gal plus a shoal of 10 congo tetras and a shoal of 6 cories.
