I just got a fish yesturday and i got thoese 30$ fish tanks and i got the blue rock things that u put in the water and i put that stuff in the water where it is safe for the fish i woke up this morning and i saw that my fish tank was soooo cloudy u can barely see in what is going on and i have a gold fish.
it has a filter

Goldfish are VERY dirty fish, I wouldn't recommend a goldfish unless you have a filter and TIME to change the water ALOT.

Your tank is starting to cycle. The cloudiness you see is called a bacterial bloom, and is totally normal. Unfortunately, goldfish get very large and require big tanks--20 gallons for a fancy, 50+ gallons for a common/comet (feeder). If your tank is smaller, you may want to consider taking the goldfish back for something more suitable.

Here's a guide to tank cycling--it's very important for you to understand the process if you want to keep fish:

if you didnt cycle your tank thats probably nitrate/ammonia blooms

since you already have fish in the tank go to the store and buy a product called Seachem's Stability. This stuff will cycle a tank faster, and make it easier on the inhabitants. Perform 50% water changes every other day, but do NOT touch the gravel, the filter, or the decor.
