fish tank cycling question?

basically i bought a 55 gallon tank to move all my big fish into and i wanna cycle it fast like less than a day how do i go about this as i have a 30 gallon tank that all these fish are living in and i wanna move them to the bigger tank now so whats the best way to make the move i have 2 aquaclear 30 gallon filters on the 30 gallon tank and the new tank has a brand new 55 gallon aqueon filter and aqueon 30 gallon filter that i will be hooking up on it i need to know the fastest way to cycle the tank for these fish as i wanna move them as quick as possible
