I just checked my fish tank and my cory cat and bloodfin tetra are both swimming in crazy circles and loops. It is a 10 gallon tank with 1 emerald cory cat, 1 bloodfin tetra, and 2 neons. This morning, the cory cat was swimming weird, but the others were fine. Now the bloodfin tetra is swimming weird too. I don't want to loose him. I've had him for a year, and he's survived everything. I just cleaned the entire tank, and added this nuetral regulator thing that removes chemicals and makes the pH 7.0. Everything else is clean. What is happening!

I have this petco brand thing called Bacteria, it says it stableizes the chemistry...will that help?
