first no pleco can live in a 10 gallon tank, second plecos are very peaceful, and third well a good fish i dont know wat u mean by this??, u want a colroful and big fish, i like upside down catfish and gouramis
whats "big?" plecos can grow up to 22 inches and it woldnt fit in your 10 gallon so theres no way the pleco is as big as i imagine. plecos are pretty friendly fish and wont eat other fish. since its a bottom feeder/"sucking fish" dont get any bottom feeders. any other fish besides a bottom feeder would do good, but avoid cichlids. good luck
