Fish problem. (Neon tetra and Betta fish)?

If I feed my Betta 3-2 flakes will he be full as he won't eat the other fish food as my Neon tetra food. I was trying to feed my Neon but my betta swimmed very fast and ate it before any of the Neon's got it.
 
Soon, your betta will be eating your neon -- so comparatively, your problems arent so bad:P

Take the neon out and give him a tank of his own, with a water heater and a small filter, as he's tropical.

I'm shocked that you have a beta in with any other fish. They usually kill all other fish, that''s why they're called the Chinese fighting fish. Get that beta out of there. He needs his own bowl.
 
Is the Betta a male? If so then I'm surprised he hasn't killed the other fish yet. If you get one of those weekend feeders or feeders that float to the bottom, your tetras should eat it. The betta will not feel as threatened for food because if he thrives on the top of the tank where the food is and the light.

You can also try blood worms, I'm not sure if the tetra will eat it or not. But the betta will love them!!! While he eats that, feed your tetras.
