Fish oil not working?

It's been maybe two and a half weeks since I started taking 3 of these pills a day. The suggested "right brand" of omega three fish oil on another thread. Should it be working by now? It has reduced my acne by a little... but it's still popping back once it seems to disappear. Should I wait for give up.
 
I noticed a result after about four weeks. I would say give it some more time and are you taking it with food?
