FISH OIL AND/OR BIOTIN, HELP HAIR GROWTH?

I bought some from GNC. I heard they help the hair growing procces.
I cant seem to grow my hair past my shoulders! I use DOO GRO (Shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, deep condition one a week, lotion,and grease)

So i just want so good suppliment pills to help speed upt he process
 
I don't know about your growing process, but yes, Biotin and deep sea fish oil could improve not only your hair conditions but also your skin. I have seborrheic dermatitis, so i take high doses of biotin (5000 mcg).
