Fish Oil and EFA's

What do people think of taking Essential Fatty AciRAB to help with acne? I have been taking a Mega EFA supplement for quite some time but am now debating on whether or not to spend the money on it again.
 
how long have you been taking them? I never got very far with trying it, the fish oil gave me horrible indigestion.
 
I have been taking them for years - I dont know if it helps or not cause Ive been on so long. I take Mega EFA - not Fish Oil as far as I know cause of the after taste, etc.
