Fish noobs/freaks here on the fish section?

i like my fish and if i can help others then whey not
on a different note
sorry i did not except you as a friend, last time i did this i had my 5 year old daughter on my ne and was telling her how this woman liked fish as well so when i went to visit i found i was looking at a woman's gentiles so i don't except any contact now sorry
 
7+ tropical/freshwater fish keeper, Soon to be saltwater nano reef tank noob ;)
Here on the fish section we have little wars.

We have the inexperienced noobs (mostly 11 or 12 year olds) Saying how many more goldfish they can keep in their 2.5 gallon tank.

Then we have the hippy animal lovin PETA freaks (cough...the extremists) who say to keep fish for example, 1 Guppy for every 5 gallons. And 1 fancy goldfish for every 55 gallons.


So... Where do i lie in?

eh... i say 30 gallons is way more than enough VULCAN for the noob. Although i believe common goldfish should be in ponds, not tanks.
I also believe 10-15 gallons per fancy goldfish is fine as well
