Restaurants in some warmer asian countries have a practice of leaving fish on a table for all to view in temperatures exceeding 25,C
I have noticed that the same fish are on display for several days (4 hours each night )no ice but just the occasional spray with water, What is the danger in eating this fish ?
No its not a display, In fact they were taking cuts from the larger fish all the time and grilling them.
The tuna was there for 6 evenings as was the Sailfish.
