Fish just died help please?

ok I want 2 knoe if my fifh died because of a pariste because the water wasnt clean or mabye a roach got in its food is that y and if its because i need to clean the water more tell me what I can do:]
 
Need more info like how big the tank is, fresh or salt water, what type of filter, was it a heated tank, what type of fish, are there other fish in with it, how often do you clean it. Sorry about your fish but we can't say why it might have died if we don't have any details.
 
Well that all depends on the type of fish, size tank, filtration information, how long it's been set up, whether it was cycled or not, how often you were performing water changes, etc.
 
any physical symptoms before death what are you nitrite, nitrate and amonia?, you laying out a number of possible causes but no clues on which ones.
