Can I feed my fish boiled iceberg lettuce? (kuhli loach, oto, molly, platy, guppy and snail) and please add Instrutions on how to boil it ( how long, how much etc. etc.)

Lettuce has a very low nutritional value (it is mainly water), so it should only be used as an occasional treat. In any case, there is no need to boil it, just give it a good rinse under a cold tap.

Blanched, not boiled ... that's simply dipping it in boiling water for about 5 seconds.
I'd forget Iceberg lettuce it's mostly fluids itself and has little nutritional value. Go for Romaine lettuce or,preferably, baby spinach for leaf vegetables.
