fish capacity for a 20 gallon tank?

Right now i have a 20 gallon tank (24 x 14 x 16 i think). it has 6 neons, 2 cory cats, 2 algae eater 2 rainbow shark and 2 platies and 1 dwarf gourami. how do you think my tank will do in the long run?

also i am thinking of replacing some of the fish so later on my tank will be 4 dwarf gourami, 2 cory cats, 1 rainbow shark, 3 oto cats, and 10 neons? what do you think about this?
btw its a heavily planted tank with 5 plants (4 large plants and 1 small) along with few fake plastic plants and a huge rocc that weights approx 12lbs
 
1 inch of fish per gallon is a general rule so depending on the fish size, about 20 inches.
