If I am in my first week or two of pregnancy will the test show up positive or is it too early to tell? I havent had the missed period yet because we have been trying like crazy since the day I got off which was about two weeks ago. Will the test read negative because it is so early or is that enough time for it to detect the hormone in the urine?I might not even be pregnant and its probably a dumb question but we are really trying hard to concive. I figured out my ovulation cycle I just want to know about this test.I will give a best answer.
