first trimester of pregnancy and anxiety

anyone pregnant and having anxiety and sometimes panic attacks almost all day and night and without any medication!
 
Sorry indeed for your discomfort.I try taking four or five deep breaths (one at a time)through the nose...hold for a second or two,then exhale slowly through the mouth.This has helped me for many years.I hope it will give you a moment of peace.With all my grand-fatherly love,I will pray for you at midnight Mass tonight.
