FIRST TO SOLVE RIDDLE GETS BEST ANSWER!!!?

There are three indians in a camp, that are trapped. Then one day someone comes and tells them they will get free if they can solve a riddle. He takes them to a tent a tells them that there are two red headbands, and one white headband. They cannot look behind them. After about 10 minutes one of them says I have the white headband.

Hint: It took them 10 minutes. They didn't find out instantly.
They were all smart and trusted each other.
 
1 of the 3 indians has the white band and the other 2 bands are with the other indians
 
You did not set this riddle up good, at all! You didn't explain anything or ask anything! And there is probably like more than an infinity of answers for this riddle, no specification at all...
 
The headbands are on their head, and the guys with the red ones told the guy with the white one that it was on his head?
I have no clue. :D
 
cus two of the indians blood got fkd up onto one cus they dead and one of the ni gg ers lived
 
Answer the question already if you know the answer because maybe I'm just not good at riddles but this one isn't making any sense. Is it just me people?
