First time

I used to be a clean, straight line walking young woman, but that all changed a few years ago. I have used almost every drug out there except for herion and meth. I am not proud of this it started basically in college playing around with stuff for the first time. But as I went into the military some how I chose the wrong crowd or maybe they chose me or saw something in me that was like them. But anyway I began trying other drugs to see what it would do. You know we always think "it will never happen to me" but it does. Some in 2008 I was in a car accident that almost killed me. It was not drug related but still terrible. I began taking pain killers and have struggled with an addiction ever since. We all want to feel better about ourselves and our lives but this is not the way! Hi, can i ask what you were taking and how much? im on day five of coming off a pretty large dose of oxycontin, 400mg. i went cold turkey. If you read my thread i posted some stuff that helped me quite a bit. Take care
 
Well, I would take alot of OC's and vicodin. Have used cocain as well but its been a year since I used that. The problem now is the prescription meRAB. I dont have the money to buy like I want to, but I am glad that I dont buy like that. But when I find some I take about 10, 5mg pills a day.
 
Have you tried tapering? I have, i just couldnt do it, I would gobble them all up every time i tried to taper. For me its c/t or bust. I'll be checkin up on ya, you can do it.
 
I wish the best for you Lavender. You are a strong person I can tell. Just wanted to say how it is we all turn to God in ouw time of trouble. But I do believe he answers prayers. Keep on Praying. In in here with you all the way. Doing better every day.
