First time to hookah lounge?

I am going to a hookah lounge tonight with a few friends and I have never been before. Most of the people I am going with have been before. I have never even smoked anything before so does anyone have any tips on what I should do or if I should try to smoke at all. Help?
 
If it is a social event, you can just go there and have a good time. You don't have to smoke if you don't have to. I go to cigar and hookah lounges with friends and don't smoke anything sometimes. However, the process is really easy. They have different things they smoke there. Mostly it is various herbs and fruit (like apples, for example). Very aromatic! And, they say, it is not as dangerous as smoking tobacco for there is no nicotine. But, I still think smoking may be dangerous for you. So, it is purely your choice.
 
If you do end up smoking, try something lighter, ask the people who work there what their favorites are or what kind of light flavors do they have. Dont be ashamed of letting the know its your first time there. and be prepared to cough,m so if they allow drinks, get one!

If you smoke you have a 50/50 chance it'll kill you prematurely. Ex-heroin drug addicts (who also smoked) say its harder to quit tobacco as it's more addictive than heroin.
