So I am a first time home buyer and looking to buy my first house. I am here looking for people to help me and guide me or point me in the right direction. I was looking at using and agent to help me search for ahouse that suites what I am looking for and for my needs. I am single as well with no kids... I thought about looking at foreclosed house but not sure where to start or what site to use as well.. I see alot advertised for them however they charge you are there any that are free... Anyone input is great on where to start and what not for a first time home buyer.. Thanks
