first time gym goer need help?

Im 27 and weight 117 and is a dancer. Me and hubby joined a gym because although we are skinny, we are starting to get a pudge in our belly. im tired of ppl asking me if im pregnant. So what workout plan can i create to help my pudge, make my booty and thighs a little bigger, and helps me to dance for a longer without getting tired quickly. I dont want to do upper body work at all cuz im already cut from working at a factory for 3 years.
