I am looking to buy my first car. i have found a fiesta which has chipped paintwork and scratches and a tad bit of rust under the bit where the wheels go. If I buy panels for the car and fit them and then spray the car a different colour would I have to inform the insurance company of any changes made to the car or do they not mind about colour or condition?
