First splurge phone...need heavy PDA capabilities

Hey guys, first post here. Been lurking around but couldn't really find a specific answer to my question so I thought I'd give registering a try.

I've owned ****** phones up to this point, but now I wanna splurge a little and get a phone that will make people go

but more importantly, I need this phone to have these capabilities

-camera/video
-msn/etc
-wireless internet
-ability to download exe files and install programs like a regular desktop

Main concern is the last capability. I play poker for a large chunk of my income so I need a PDA mobile that I can surf the web easily and access exe files to install and run poker programs such as the one at www.ultimatebet.com

I have tried looking in a lot of different forums but this one seems to have the most knowledgable phone heads here. So I hope you can help.

Price range preferably between $200-$600 dollars.
 
You cannot run EXE programs on ANY phone. Those exe files are specific to PC's. The phones that run Windows Mobile or Smart Phone, can only run programs specific to that operating system. You would have to check with the poker software provider to see if they have a "mobile" version, and what particular phone operating system it requires.

A Windows Mobile phone, like the HTC 8125, would fill most of your other requirements.
 
Another good phone is the Motorola Q.

Its a SmartPhone that packs almost everything that your looking for(and i dont really think you can get any closer to "what you want" other than this phone). Its available through verizon.
