First Road Bike Help**?

I have been mountain biking for years. I recently moved to the city and started riding 30+ miles/day. Its time to upgrade my Gary Fischer to a decent starter road bike. I am looking to spend <$900. I have found a few bikes that I am interested in. Which of these would you recommend? Or is there something better out there in my price range?

2011 Cannondale Synapse 7 $810
2011 Cannondale CAAD8 7 (Triple or Compact) $810
2010 Cannondale CAAD8 8 C3 $699
2010 Fuji Newest 1.0 Road Bike $749
2011 Specialized Allez Sport Compact $849

I know I can find a nice used bike on craigslist or ebay or whatever, but I'm not interested in that.

Any info would help
 
If you have an R.E.I. store around, their "outlet" website often has close out sales on some bikes which may be a year or two old, but still new & never ridden. Or even a 2011 Raleigh Revenio 1.0 for $649.00 is a hell-of-a good price. 2nd link.
 
I would check out Bikes Direct for another option. No tax or shipping costs I would get tiagra shifters or above.
