first night sex help please!?

Ok so I'm gettin married in july, and as strange as it sounds in this world I'm still a virgin. I'm kinda scared cuz of all the stuff I hear around about the first night. Can anyone share advice and I'm thinkin about the shot for a contraceptive. Anyone used it before?
Pretty much how it will feel, the whole pain, bleeding experience
 
Please don't get the shot (if depo is what you are talking about). I was on it for about 5 years, and gained 50 lbs. It was horrible, it screws with your hormones and makes you hungry all of the time. But not only that even if you don't eat much, you will still gain weight, and a lot of it. Just dont get on it. I have since lost that weight but diets don't work and neither does anything else to lose weight when you are on depot. Congrats to being a virgin I think it is great!!! Especially in today's world, your spouse is very privileged for you to give him that gift.
 
If you go with the shot - expect weight gain. I know several of my friends who have all gained weight from the shot.

Second of all - it will probably mess with your period. I know several women who also advised that they had their period for about 6 months straight.

I have used the pill - and it can make your period lighter and shorter. Also they say any weight gain is water weight and it is only 2 to 5lbs.

When I was on it, I ate right and exercised and I didn't gain anything.

So, what exactly are you afraid of?

I'm a little confused.

Are you afraid of what it will feel like or how you should act?
