First car help/suggestions?

Hello, I just got my license recently and i am interested in buying a car
I would like a car that is an automatic, gets good gas mileage, is safe, and has 4 doors. My budget is 3000 dollars (im buying used)
I have a couple cars i am interested in (volvo 24o, honda civic, scion xA) but i honestly have no idea which car i should get
any help?

Also, about the scion xA, i know it is a really low horsepower car - but how fast does it go?

Honda Civic--you'll get a GREAT car that is quality and will last FOREVER. Although Scion is Toyota, I don't think it's in your price range. Good luck
