...in my city but you can be cited? For disturbance after 11pm if someone complains. That makes no sense to me. Since it doesn't get dark until 10pm. And if there is no time limit then how can they site you for disturbance. The rules seem ambiguous to me. They should just set a time limit and take away the ambiguity. Oh wells, what do you think?
