Firefox won't display background images or colors?

Whenever I browse, the websites backgrounds are always freaking white! it's just completely blank, and if there's suppose to be an image, it just gets replaced by blankness.

I thought it was my theme, but i uninstalled it and it still happens!!

I already did the basic style thing and the have their websites have their own style. It still doesnt work

helpp!! :(
