I've been researching some dog breeds and I came across the finnish lapphund and fell in love with it. Since they aren't a very popular breed, I've had trouble finding out if this would be the right breed for me.
I live in a townhouse with an unfenced yard. For exercise, I would be prepared to go for jogs, depending on the dog's needs. There are no small children in my household, but I do have a cat. I can tolerate shedding but I was wondering how much they actually do shed? I've also owned a dog before, so I do have some experience. Does this sound like the right dog for me?
Also, I live in Ontario, Canada and have not been able to find any breeders nearby. Does anyone know where I could find one of these puppies or a breeder that would be willing to ship puppies?
