I'm going out to an extremely nice restaurant with a lady friend soon. This place requires you wear a suit. I've never been out to one of these fancy places so I need a quick run down of proper etiquette. Spare no details! Is it rude not to order an appetizer? Is the tip still 20%? Do I keep my dinner jacket on all night? She always orders first right? What kind of questions should I expect from the waiters? Do I keep my napkin on my lap? I am clueless!!
