Hey everyone, I'm having quite a bit of trouble finding the nth term of these problems, any help (and answers) would be greatly appreciated, Thanks 
1. Find the nth term of the arithmetic sequence where a1 = 5000 and d = -100.
2. Find the nth term of the geometric sequence where a(1) = 4 and a(k+1) = 1/2a(k)
3. Find the nth term of the geometric sequence with first term -2 and common ratio 1/3.
Again any help would be appreciated
