Finding out what sites your email is registered on?

Recently, I received some emails from sites I'm fairly certain that I never signed up for. I was wondering is there some kind of site, or program, or something out there I can use to find out exactly which websites have accounts using my email, so I can go to, and close them if I had nothing to do with it?

*I changed my password to my email, and haven't received anything new, but I want to check and make sure I got them all.
