Finding Movies For Android

I just recently purchased a Xoom... so far I like it better than my iPad in every way EXCEPT for the Market. It's great that I can d/l & install things outside of the market place, but I SOMEONE should have a video market that works on Android.

I get my music from Amazon now (or for free)... where do you all go for movies on your Android devices? If there aren't any reputable companies selling mp4's yet... how about good sites for free downloads?
 
Okay... I've found a few good mp4 sites. The highest resolution movies I can find are 640x480 in resolution though. Is that the highest res for mp4's? And if so, what type of file formats should I be looking for?
