Finding Anime Names & General Anime Q&A

What anime is between 2:32-2:38? of this?
I've been going crazy trying to find the name of this anime for years and so far i've had no luck.... so who's up for solving a mystery? Warning: vague language below
I used to watch it on TV back in the early 90's.
What i remember of it is that it centred around a young male who's whole family were captured as they travelled through space and all of them were fused with / transformed into hybrid bio mecha. His family however were bound to the will of the guy who captured them and later his sister and two brothers attack him on whatever planet he's living on, he defeats his sister and somehow manages to convert her but not long after his two brothers attack them and kill her.
That's all that i can remember but it would be nostalgic x1000 if anyone coudl tell me what series this is.

The second one is Spice and Wolf (second season). The first looks like Perfect Blue but I'm pretty sure that's not it. The third one looks really familiar but I can't put my finger on it.

What I can remember of it is, there' s this young teenager who's older sister is consumed or something by this ancient sword, so he goes on a journey trying to find the answers/cure for his sister and he is accompanied by two little guys who are only interested in treasure...
I think it's Warlock something or something Warlock gah! I'm going crazy just trying to remember! HELP!

someone told me to post here... so I will post here too. I am looking for certain anime and only can remember certain parts of it.
It had to do something that earth was barren and I believe humans did it but I don't remember. This boy falls in love with this girl who happend to be one of the 8 maidens and when they join to geather. They will wipe the humans out and make earth green and lush as it once was. But boy stops it from happening by saving the girl that he loves.

I haven't watched this anime series in about 10 years, and yesterday some of my friends were talking about anime and I thought about this show and I felt really nostalgic. Now I'd really like to find that anime show again just to feel what I felt when I was a youngling.
I don't remember much so bear with me.
There were three main characters, I think. They were all guys. One of them had a red outfit (i think this guy had short black hair), the other blue (i think he had long blonde hair), and the other green (long brown hair? not sure). I think there was an animal associated with each of the characters. I think the blue guy was associated with a swan. The green guy - a dragon? And I can't remember what the red guy was associated with.
I don't remember the plot much, but basically they go around and kill bad guys without any weapons. They just used their fists and powers. Oh and I think during a point in the story they had to kill a bad dude at each of the five oceans or something like that.
Again, I'm not 100% sure on any of the details I provided above because it's been long since I last saw that anime. But please try to help! Thanks!

They have some pretty good actors and the whole project is done on a "shoe-string" budget.
