Vampire Knight manga, perhaps? The eyes look to be in the same style.
Okay, I know this is an anime, I saw the first few episode but I just forgot to write the name down.
Okay, this is what I know of the anime. A guy is the only member of the swim club and is trying to promote it, some girl has a video camera and follows him around to make a promo video to get more people to join the club. He's then sees a girl on the diving board one day while filming and he rushes out to see if she would like to join, but she dives in the pool and he dives in after he when she doesn't resurface, some how there transported to a video game or something and they fight off enemy for some reason.
Who know's this anime because i want to know what it is and I was on episode two when I forgot about it.

Well I remember it used to air on toonami I think it was mech so it might be a gundam but this is where I know a couple of episodes k so the first one I remember is when this girl comes from out of tow with her brother and she meets this boy (Who likes her) and the boy and her brother battle or something I dont really remember and the girl and her brother leave and on the another episode I think everybody gets off the planet and goes into space with the boyfriend/girlfriend but the boy from earlier pulls out a picture of the girl from earlier.

Whilst browsing YouTube, I came across this vid (definitely NSFW).
