Trying to remember the name of an old anime:
It's a Ninja anime, the artwork is similar to Ninja Scroll and it's about the same age as Ninja Scroll in terms of release date.
It begins with a K and it's quite a long name K******* roughly that long. The name is in Japanese.
I believe it's about a group of Ninjas.. That's all I can remember.

I can't think of this Anime that a comrade recently showed me.
I remember it was unlicensed in the U.S. and it reminded me alot of Chobits. The first EP starts out with a guy touring a store for a robotic partner(?) and one of the models (she's a maid I believe) grabs his arm and he insists to the sales clerk she is the one he wants. The clerk keeps asking him if he would like a more "appealing model" (SEXY), he continues to press her about that other model though.

i turn on the TV one sunday morning and i catch on of the coolest anime i have ever seen. I dont know the titel of it nor the names of any of the characters in it.
im hoping i cna give a synopsis of whta happenes and some one out there will know what im talking about and name if for me.
here we go:
man kind is divided for some reason and the planet seems to be a wasteland. there are the people living in this city that is more vertical than horizontal. There is the military general of the city who finds a baby "outisder" and for some reason adopts her as his own.
years later a guy form the outside gets captured and escapes. he is in the city, bumps into her, and tells her who/what she is.
there is a prohecy of the people being united and delivered to a new land.
turns out she is the daughter of some dead heroine of peace and love. She is the only one who can turn on the GIGANTIC robot that was built by this female ghandi that has the entire city on its back. the orbot will then literally "deliver" them to a new land.
another key character worth mentioning is the main bad guy. he is either a priest or politician but the thing is he has these bugs living inside him. He is literally their living hive though he controls the bugs. He throws the bugs on you and can drain your life force keeping him from rotting. he manages to steal some of the above mentioned girls life force and manages to turn on the giant robto ( the one with the city on its back) and control it. i forget what his intentions were. probably just power hungry.
the above mentioned girl manages to find another giant robot out in the wasteland and in a very amateur'ish fashion rips the city off the back of the other robot and destroies the other robot. she then fulfills the prohecy and thats the end.
i saw it on tv in oct of 2006 (if that helps at all narrow it down) and it was fully translated into english.
thanks in advanced to anyone who can decode my giberish and tell me what the title of the movie is.

Looking for anime I had started a while ago but it disappeared. It was on TV, English dub. There was this girl with a compulsive disorder so bad she would make her hands bleed when she scrubbed them. I think that was in the first episode. Can anyone help?

someone asked this on another forum but since im not too big on mech anime im hoping that someone on a4 can help me out since i know more ppl here are bigger on mechs than i am,and also hes not sure if this was in the beginning or not
One militant group rolled up to a village in tanks. Old people and women, and children are crowded together and the douchebag commander orders his troops to execute the villagers. At this point another combat team in Mechs of some kind are dropped from planes (while invisible I think) to own the first militant group. The douchebag commander tries to take off in an APC but gets picked off if I recall correctly.

So for some reason my mind is been tormented over this one anime.
I can't remember the name, all i know is a fighting anime about this kid, he looked like he was in high school and something about wanting to be the greatest fighter in the world.. no is not Hajime no Ippo. This started out in a karate tournament where the guy beats everybody up and on the final fight he wins by breaking the other guys fist with his face! how badass is that!. After that he goes into a underground fighting ring where he ends up fighting this one guy with a tiger style way of fighting, that uses his finger puncture veins in the body so disables the main characters right arm and his left eye. And he still won!!
I think i only saw first episode but hell with a first episode like this who doesn't want to see more. Please!! let me know if you have seen this and if you have... what's it called!!?

hi ... um although none of you may know, even i myself don't know if it is even an anime, but i saw this picture of this girl with violet hair, red eyes, and a golden cross in her hair.... I'm not sure if that would narrow it down XD but I'm not sure how to put pictures on this so... either if you could tell me how to add pictures or what anime it is ( by the description i gave i don't think so) i would be great full... thanks
